- Download the Abstracted Protein Simulator
- You will also need Java
- and Java3d
Unix Install Instructions
Click on the Abstracted Protein Simulator and save the protSim.tar.gz file. Uncompress and run the program using the following commands:- gunzip protSim.tar.gz
- tar -xvf protSim.tar
- cd protSim
- ./aps.sh
Windows Install Instructions
- Use Winzip to expand the downloaded file.
- Open the protSim folder.
- Double click on the aps.bat file
